Hi everyone,

My name is Ohad Gincel, and I'm a real estate investor based in Israel, looking to expand my portfolio in Pittsburgh, PA, together with my wife, Naomi. We currently have investment properties in Israel and are excited to dive into the Pittsburgh market, focusing on BRRRR and Fix & Flip strategies. Our goal is to purchase multiple properties in good neighborhoods with ARVs up to $250K.

We’re eager to connect with experienced agents, reliable contractors, and any other local experts who can offer insights on building a successful portfolio here. If you have recommendations or tips that might help us start on the right foot, I’d love to hear from you. Any guidance on neighborhoods, market trends, or the local real estate process would also be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your advice and connections – looking forward to contributing to the community as well!

Welcome to the steel city, I have been investing here for 7 years. Great market for the BRRRR strategy. I have lots of local connections with contractors, vendors and brokers, doesn't hesitate to reach out.
