Hey @Dudson Duperrier welcome to BP. Have you figured out what area of RE investing you are interested in learning more about. Finding out what you are good at, interests you and you have the time for are just a few things you should consider.
Orlando has a pretty active investor community. I am on the board of the local REIA (Central Florida Realty Investors, CFRI) the largest in the country. You should consider coming to some meetings and networking to meet other local investors and trades. We have over 15 meetings a month and some focus groups that specialize on certain niches. Hi and welcome. I have a condo in Treasure Island. It's almost repaired after Helene. Advice in your area is to monitor what hazard insurance rates are doing. Also, the market is getting soft at least on the coasts. Do your due diligence when purchasing.
