Recently bought Double
Hello, I recently bought my first investment property, a double. I am trying to figure out a sound property management system and be fair with the tenants who will be living on the property. I'm pretty new to all of this and just rolling with the waves at the moment. I've already created a lease for the property, and now I am trying to figure out what I need from potential tenants before I accept them as tenants. Always looking for some good advice. :)
