Hiya everyone!
I’m Noah, an HVAC tech based in Minnesota and just starting out in real estate investing. I’m planning to kick things off with house hacking small multifamily properties. I’m almost done reading The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop—it’s been a game changer and really fired me up to take action to achieve financial freedom. Eager to take action, build strong connections, and grow with purpose in this community!

Great book, I still refer to it all the time. It's not easy, but your trade experience may help you along the way! I'm about to start my 3rd househack, and all of them have challenged me. It's a long game.

@Jeff Schemmel congrats on the 3rd house hack! As you move on to your 3rd, what has been your greatest challenge with the first 2 that you wish you would've known when first starting?

Welcome @Noah Emerson! Househacking is truly the best way to learn the business and get started. I'd recommend attending as many networking groups as you can to build your network before you need it. My network has saved me countless hours of time and money throughout the years.
