I've got to say recently I have been looking at my city in a different way. So much potential. So much opportunity. Now that I can see what's possible I also think differently when I go out. I look for signs of potential investments. Signs of up and coming areas. Places where homes need to be renovated to allow for affordable housing. Neighborhoods that could be built up. Not only seeing this but anxiously wanting to be involved in it. Putting my skills to good use. I think starting here is a good place. To educate myself and become as valuable as I can be. I'm motivated and ready!
