Hi, my name's Mark. I live in the Atlanta area. I've been lurking on the forum for a couple of months and been listening to the BP podcasts for about a year.

Without going too deep, i'm definitely interested in investing in a couple of pockets in the atlanta area. Really curious about Collier Heights and College Park.

I'll take any advice I can get as i'm interested and curious if now is an ideal time to start investing.

Is now an ideal time to start?  Couldn't be better.  Inventory is spiking, buyers are on strike as sales plummet, price reductions are at 50% in some markets.  So, yes, this is that "right time" that so many new investors keep waiting for.  Let me add I don't know the specifics of the two markets you mentioned.  Those markets may be doing their own thing.
