Just wanted to reintroduce myself—I'm getting back into the world of real estate after some time away and excited to reconnect with the energy, ideas, and people that make this space so powerful.
I’m based in the NY/Tri-State area, but I’m also exploring and learning about different markets across the country. Whether it’s wholesaling, acquisitions, creative deals, or team-building, I’m especially interested in how people are structuring their businesses and scaling their operations today.

What’s working for me lately, especially in this evolving market, is focusing heavily on systems and team-building. Delegation is key — I’ve learned that scaling beyond a handful of deals means building a reliable crew: good agents, lenders, contractors, and property managers who can take ownership. That lets me step back from day-to-day and focus on strategy and new opportunities.
Remote investing has been a big part of my approach too, but only after establishing trusted local partners who keep me plugged into the market realities.
A big lesson I’ve learned: don’t chase every shiny deal or strategy — get really good at one approach and build expertise around it. Whether it’s buy-and-hold, flips, or creative deals, mastery beats scattershot every time.
