Figured it was about time I stopped lurking and finally introduced myself!
I'm John, and I'm a managing partner of Commonwealth Fundings. We're a money broker based in Charlottesville, VA, but we work with investors all across the country.
Basically, we help folks secure the funding they need to close their deals, whether it's for a fix-and-flip, a BRRRR, or even new construction. We also put together verified lead lists and provide proof of funds letters to help our clients compete and win deals.
I'm not here to spam or sell at you. I'm really just here to learn from all your experiences, share what I know about the lending side of things, and hopefully help out if anyone ever has questions about financing strategies or how to make a deal work.
