@Jason Taken I have found a place that I like in Rockland Maine. It's a duplex pretty much turnkey needs a few cosmetic upgrades has a strong rental history, but I'm not feeling confident with my current real estate agent and I want to let him go. Not entering messages and not communicating with me in a way that I think should be professionally speaking anyway. So I'm seeking someone to help me the property. It's a good deal and move forward
