Hello Everyone!
My name is Ashton Sommers and I was referred to this network by a fellow real estate investor/portfolio manager. I know I have much to learn and I look forward to gleaning info from each of your strategies in hopes of building a successful portfolio. I am in my 30s, thankfully married, blessed with two healthy kiddos, and a lover of the outdoors. My wife and I have invested in severa beer gardens/food truck parks and bought our first LTR last year. Excited to be a part of this group!

. Howdy. You've got a couple of choices 1. Join a local REIA (NationalREIA.org) ours is $20 a month 2. Don't listen to realtors, they are biased and trying to sell you something
3. Only listen to investors who have a substantial portfolio similar to the type you'd like to own
4. Don't trust YouTube promoters (people who "teach" a lot) unless you vet them. Plenty of people who are so busy "promoting" they aren't actually buying.
5. Have someone stress test your goals and see if they are achievable the way you are "positioned".
