My name is David Utley. I am currently in central Illinois near Springfield. I have been listening to Bigger Pockets for a long time and love the topics and discussions. I have always had a desire to get into investing, but I really don't know how, so that is why I am here. I am planning to move next year to Florida, around the Lakeland area. Finances would be my biggest struggle, but I have been doing home repairs for years, since I was a kid. I currently have my Illinois Real Estate license and am working to get my Florida license.
