If you're trying to build a team, I would take a look at the "build your investing team" section on BiggerPockets and start out by reaching out to an agent in your market. Find someone you want to work with and from them should refer you to lenders, contractors, PMs, etc.

As you do your first couple of flips and spend time in the market, you'll come across more reliable contacts. Takes time.

@Marie Ashley - welcome to BiggerPockets.  This question can go a lot of different ways.  Are you able to find plenty of opportunities and have money and are looking for reliable vendors?   Are you also looking to learn how to find the deals and/or find the money?

My partner and I currently have 9 flips going right now in CT.  I'd be happy to have a conversation with you.  DM me if interested.

Good start. To find real flippers and build a reliable team, lead with value and tight filters: define your flip box, then post and ask at local meetups, investor FB groups, and supply houses for intros to GCs, agents, and lenders who’ve closed multiple flips this year; run quick interviews, verify with photos, permits, and past HUDs, and start them on a small, time‑boxed task to test communication, updates, and workmanship before giving bigger scopes.
