Hey BiggerPockets Community!
I’m excited to finally jump in here! I’ve been studying and learning about real estate investing for a while, and now I’m ready to start taking action.
My focus is on the BRRRR strategy, and I’m particularly interested in Cuyahoga County, OH. Between now and January 2026, my goal is to close on my first deal.
I’m teachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn from those who’ve already walked this path. If anyone is open to mentoring or sharing guidance on deal analysis, I’d love to connect and learn from you.

Thanks so much really appreciate the encouragement and advice! That’s super helpful. I’ve been looking into a few submarkets in Cuyahoga but still narrowing down where to focus.
If you don't mind me asking, which areas do you think work best for BRRRR right now? And how did you go about building your lender relationships early on?
