New multifamily investor looking for tips

Zay Bullock
Posted

Good afternoon family! I'm new to multifamily real estate investing, highly interested in the Albuquerque area. I have a few properties but, I am looking to purchase my first investment property and scale from there. My Bigger Pockets reading list is complete, entering the home work phase, and hope to enter the purchasing phase soon. I would love to chat with some local investors to pick your brains and learn everything I can.

Hi Zay- You've come to the right place- there is so much knowledge within this site! My husband and I have been investing here for the past 15 years, I'd be happy to chat about our experience and answer any questions I can about our market.
