I’m based in California and currently in the early stages of transitioning into real estate investing with a long-term focus on buy-and-hold multifamily rentals. My goal is to build stable, cash-flowing assets that support long-term financial freedom and flexibility.
Professionally, I come from an entrepreneurial background and am very comfortable operating businesses, managing people, and working through systems. I’m now applying that mindset to real estate. Right now, I’m focused on education, underwriting deals, understanding California landlord-tenant laws, and building the right relationships with investors, lenders, and operators.
I’m especially interested in learning from those with experience in house hacking, small multifamily (2–10 units), and long-term portfolio building, and I’m here to both learn and contribute where I can.
Looking forward to connecting, learning, and growing alongside this community. Thanks for having me!
Welcome! I'm a 2x house hacker here in Los Angeles and a case study in The House Hacking Strategy published by Bigger Pockets. Happy to chat about what works and doesn't work.

Welcome Natalia. I am a realtor, mortgage broker and a house hacker. I help clients house hacking and also am working on buying multifams in LA under a syndication. I would like to know what kinda of support you are looking for and see if I can help.
@Vinay C. Hi Vinay, thank you for the warm welcome. I appreciate you reaching out. I’m currently in the early stages of my investing journey and focused on education, networking, and understanding house hacking and small multifamily opportunities in Southern California. At this stage, I’m mostly looking to learn from experienced investors and better understand financing structures and acquisition strategies. Happy to connect and hear more about your experience as well.
Hi Natalia, welcome. If you have real estate meetups near you (which I am confident you do) I would explore those more so you can have some in person interactions with like minded people. LA Is a difficult but not impossible area to cash flow, but it takes risk and creativity to achieve it. Here to be a resource if you need it. Good luck!
Hi Natalia! I moved to DC from SoCal 20 years ago but wanted to welcome you since I'm in the same spot as you. I recently sold my business and plan to use that cash as the down payment on my first rental property. You are right that the entrepreneurial skillset will be helpful in this new journey. I'm looking forward to cheering you on!
