Hi all,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and building successful relationships with members here. I'm in the Dallas- ForthWorth metroplex. Looking to build my Real Estate team and I'm hoping there will be some people potentially in this group.

    Welcome to BP and real estate investing.

    You are in the right place, there are a lot of good networking and resources. It would be nice if you join some of the networking events to get into and understand more what entails this.

    First thing is to understand your strategy, LTR, STR, MTR, coliving, BRRRR, flip, etc (there are so many nowadays 馃榿)

    Every strategy will require a more specific set of people to team up.
