Hey everyone, glad to finally join BiggerPockets.
I'm Evan, a licensed real estate agent based in Columbus, OH. My current focus is sourcing off-market opportunities, primarily through direct outreach to owners, networking, and local market relationships, along with traditional channels like the MLS and pocket listings.
