Hey @Garrett Williams, welcome to the BP Forum! Do you currently own or have you previously owned any investment properties that you didn't syndicate?
@Jaycee Greene I do not currently own Andy properties that haven't been syndicated no
@Garrett Williams Do you have personal relationships with the "potential partners" you mentioned? What's the minimum return (IRR, EMx, CoC, etc.) that those investors are expecting?
