Hey everyone! 

I'm a Charlotte, NC–based real estate investor focused on building long-term wealth through small multifamily and strategic value-add opportunities. I currently own multiple long-term rentals, a fourplex in active renovation, and a property with an ADU operating as a short-term rental.

I am actively trying to grow my business. I’m systems-driven, numbers focused, and big on process. I underwrite conservatively, manage risk carefully, and prioritize long term scalability over quick wins.

Right now, one of my biggest focuses is building a consistent, reliable team of subcontractors and GCs in the Charlotte area. I’m looking for professionals who:
