Let me Reintroduce Myself

Hi everyone,

I’ve been around BiggerPockets for a while, but wanted to reintroduce myself as my role and focus have evolved.

I currently work within Investment Services, where I help support investor relationships, acquisitions, and marketplace opportunities. I also lead initiatives around ExpressOffers, which focuses on helping homeowners evaluate multiple selling options, including investor and off market opportunities.

Through that work, I’ve seen firsthand how often buyers and sellers are pushed toward a single path, whether that’s listing immediately, waiting for the market, or taking the first offer that comes along. In reality, most situations benefit from understanding multiple options and trade offs.

That’s what led me to start building around the concept of real estate decision support through Real Decision, a framework focused on helping buyers and sellers evaluate:

• Cash offers

• Selling as is

• Listing on the open market

• Off market opportunities

• Value add opportunities

• Long term investment considerations

I’m particularly interested in how investors fit into this ecosystem. In many cases, investors provide liquidity, flexibility, and creative solutions that traditional paths don’t always offer.

I’m here to:

• Learn from investors

• Share insights from the marketplace side

• Discuss acquisition strategies and seller psychology

• Connect with thoughtful operators
