Just closed on first investment in Stuart, FL
Hey All, first time posting here, excited to start my family's investing journey.
Just closed on my first 3/2 property in Stuart, FL and getting ready to renovate it into a long term rental.
I come from a film/camera operator background so this is all pretty new to me, but I’m excited to learn and build something long term for my family.
Trying to keep my renovations around $40–50K and just make smart decisions as I go.
If anyone’s investing in the Stuart & Port Salerno, FL area or has any advice from their first deal/reno project, I'd love to connect. I'm trying to renovate cash as I go. No big timeline.
