Hey BP community! I’m an interior designerand licensed real estate agent based on Long Island and I’m looking to connect with active investors and flippers in the Suffolk County market.
A little about me: I approach every design decision as an investment decision. My background combines real estate, renovation, and interior design which means I’m not just making a property look good. I’m positioning it to sell at the top of its range or perform as a rental.

I'm a contractor (as well as an MLO) but from a contractor perspective....design is without a doubt the hardest part of renovating or flipping. I enjoy it now, but it was definetely a much steeper learning curve than anticipated when I went from clients and bosses telling me what they wanted....to working on my own properties. I remember staring at paint colors for way too long ...like uhhhhhh lol I'd love to pick your brain sometime ;) n i'm not too far. I'm currently in Bristol, PA but i'm in jersey a lot. Not too far from Long Island.
