Greetings! Glad to be a resource
Hi everyone — new member here, excited to join a community I’ve been watching for a while.
I’ll keep this brief: I’ve spent the last 20+ years inside real estate finance — 16 years originating residential loans (top 1% nationally at my peak), 4 years in commercial lending, and 4 years in residential underwriting. I’ve been on the lending side of thousands of transactions.
What brought me here is a new chapter. I’m now representing Presidential Title, and I genuinely believe what we’re doing is going to matter to a lot of people in this community.
The short version of the pitch — though I hate calling it that — is this:
