Hello, I am a new pro member and wanted to introduce myself. My background is software and spent the past 7 years investing in CRE properties using my own capital. Welcome, Jace. That's an interesting combination of experience. It feels like AI gets most of the attention right now, but the investors I know are getting the biggest benefit from using it to speed up repetitive work rather than trying to replace investment decisions. Underwriting, organizing due diligence, reviewing leases, and pulling information out of large document sets all seem like practical uses.
I'm curious how you've seen your CRE investing influence the way you evaluate AI tools. Have you found any workflows that genuinely save time on acquisitions or asset management, or are you still experimenting with what's actually useful?
