Mofid Building - Introduction of new member in the community
Hi everyone,
My name is Amir, and I'm a licensed general contractor in Orange County, California. I recently started my own company, Mofid Building, specializing in remodels and home additions.
My long-term goal isn't just to be a contractor—I want to build a real estate investment business through value-add renovations, flips, and eventually a rental portfolio.
I'm fortunate to have an engineering background, which has helped me understand construction, permitting, and project management. Right now I'm trying to learn from experienced investors who have successfully combined construction with investing.
