New Member Introduction from a Salt Lake City Area Sales Agent
Hey everyone, I'm Jacob Walker, a sales agent based in the Salt Lake City area, working across Bountiful, Sugar House, Mill Creek, and the broader Greater Salt Lake region. Figured it was time to create an account and get involved here. Most of my work is residential sales with both buyers and sellers, along with a good bit of relocation support since Utah keeps pulling in people from out of state.
One thing I've noticed locally is how much pricing and character shift block to block, especially comparing older areas like Sugar House to newer growth corridors further out. I try to keep clients grounded in those tradeoffs rather than just pushing whatever's on the market.
Relocation work has become a bigger part of my practice lately, and the price per square foot conversation with clients coming from coastal markets is always an interesting one. Always good sticking around a community that actually gets into the details instead of just surface level takes.
