New Member Intro - Max
Hey everyone - first post here! Excited to be involved on the forums.
I'm Max, a commercial agent/zoning specialist based in Boston, MA. I spent a couple years working within the local development agency here in Boston, where I built familiarity with Boston's development review system (entitlement/permitting processes). I attained my salesperson license in December and have been working as a commercial agent since, mainly in office/hospitality assets.
I also run a private development firm performing due diligence for investors and developers. Happy to chat more about that if it interests anyone here.
