2 years lurking, need to get this started
I'm looking for my first deal. Buy and hold, short term rental. I live in Colorado, but I'm looking in Delaware close to the beach (grew up around DC and vacationed in DE). I'm in paralysis, lacking even the analysis piece. I've been lurking in here for 2 years. I'm a licensed agent in Colorado.
