Hi everyone, my name is Neal, and I'm based in Dallas, Texas. I'm a recent finance grad working as an investment analyst in CRE, primarily supporting asset management and underwriting teams on larger institutional real estate deals.

I joined BiggerPockets to connect with others in the industry — investors, operators, brokers, developers — especially around the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

On the side, I've been drawing on my institutional experience to build a multifamily underwriting tool that quickly transforms broker OMs, rent rolls, and T-12s into a usable investment memo. I'm looking to connect with people on their pain points around property analysis and eventually expand beyond just multifamily acquisitions. Overall, it's been a great way to sharpen my own process, and I'd love to hear how others here approach evaluating deals as I'm always looking to learn from people who've been doing this longer than I have.

Down the line, I'd love to work with investors and even brokers who might want a quick, independent read on a deal to help close things out with more confidence.
