Hi Andrew, very nice to met you. Right now we are purchasing another single family home to add to the portfolio. In addition we are pivoting with one of the houses and changing it from a LTR to a MTR. Debating on making some other decisions with some of the mobile homes we have for the future. Thanks so much for connecting with me. How is the market there in MA?

Hi Allie, Thank you for the welcoming message. I am brand new to Bigger Pockets Forum although I have read many of their books and listened to some of their podcasts. We have been investing in LTRs since 2019. New to MTRs though, and some other pivots that we are making. :-) I am excited about BPCON, as this will be my first time attending.
