Rookie investor intro
Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and hopefully connect with other investors.
I’m based in NYC and work full-time. I recently started listening to podcasts and reading books about real estate investing because I want to educate myself, build the right skills, and start developing a strategy for my future.
Right now, I’m particularly interested in exploring fix-and-flips and short-term rentals. I’m also interested in learning more about the market in Schenectady, NY, since I attended college there and have some familiarity with the area.
I’m still early in my investing journey, so I’m open to any advice, recommendations or lessons learned from those who have been through it themselves.
