Hey everyone, new member here. I pull next day probate data, which has gotten me pretty deep into how county filing systems actually work. One thing that stood out to me: how much county court systems lag in actually posting filings once a case is opened. Didn't expect that to be as big a factor as it is.

Curious how people here are actually using probate data these days — is it something you're pulling yourselves, working with a provider, or just not really on your radar as a deal source? Interested to hear what's working (or not) for people.
