Hi everyone. My name is Michael Williamson and I'm mostly interested in buy and hold investing of single family homes but someday would like to branch out into other areas such as multifamily, flipping and notes. I currently have no experience in real estate investing and will probably start my investing here in my home area within 30 miles or so of my home but once I have a little experience under my belt I would be comfortable investing in other markets as well. I found the Biggerpockets community via the podcasts which I thoroughly enjoy.
