Shaun G. Here,
I have been investing in real estate for approximately 5 years now. I started before I graduated from college with my engineering degree. I now deal with 2-3 properties each month in my local area. I do lease options, flips, wholesales and short sales.

My passions are my family, real estate and business development. I hope to share some of my secrets with others in this forum…while learning some new ones. Hope to network with you,
