Shaun G. Here,
I have been investing in real estate for approximately 5 years now. I started before I graduated from college with my engineering degree. I now deal with 2-3 properties each month in my local area. I do lease options, flips, wholesales and short sales.
My passions are my family, real estate and business development. I hope to share some of my secrets with others in this forum…while learning some new ones. Hope to network with you,
Thanks,
Glad to have you aboard and hope you enjoy all of the forums and threads here on biggeprockets. Thank you for becoming a new member and I hope you enjoy your welcome train as I know you will....
It is good to meet others who are interested in sharing and networking. Currently, I am focused on Tax Sales and Bank Owned Properties/REOs.
Let me know if I can be of any help to you.
