New to bigger pockets but not the real estate game

Hi I'm Steven Follmer and I have been in real estate for the last 20 years i have a background in building and development as well as investing in distressed properties. I currently invest in Fire Damage properties, and other distressed related real estate. 

I have enjoyed my short time here on bigger pockets and am excited to be a part of the  community that is forming. I have worked fix and flips and development deals in  Michigan, Florida, and am Currently in the Phoenix area. I also just happened to run into a 95 deal portfolio but that is for a different post if anyone is interested. I also am on Bigger pockets so i can meet Multi-Family buyers, Commercial buyers and anyone who is willing to dive into Fire damage homes as well.
