After being interested in real estate for 20+ years I am taking the plunge and starting to invest. I am new to the Waco area and am looking to rehab, flip, and acquire rental properties. I'd love to network with other investors and real estate professionals in the Waco area. I'd also like to meet any hard money lenders in the area. Any advice is welcome and thanks all!

Hi. I have been investing in Re for a very short while after a number of years of interest. So far, I've only invested in the SW Houston area. But, I have a son starting at Baylor this fall and have considered looking at investing options in that area. I'd be interested in hearing more about your thoughts for investing there.
