Hello BP members,
My name is Jerron Horn, I am from Pontiac, Mi which is about 30mins outside of Detroit. Me and my fiance are newbie investors who are looking to get into wholesaling to help build our capital and grow a substantial portfolio down the road. We have been doing a lot of research, reading and watching videos and feel it is time to put our knowledge to work. Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers).

ugh another "wholesaler" in Michigan. lol
1 - Remember to leave some meat on the bone for the end buyer when trying to market your properties.
2- Also please don't say all the properties that you find only need 5k in light rehab.
3 Be honest with both parties involved.
4 - if you have ever rehabbed a house that would be helpful
5 - good luck
6 - get in the game. Just think every month you don't have an investment property you are losing money. Get off the sidelines and get in the game. Pontiac is a good market to start in. Buy some on the west side and section 8 those suckers.
