Not so new, but a new Pro Member from South Carolina

Hi BP Nation,

I have been a member of BP since 2012 and didn't have a clue what it was all about, until the other day and went Pro immediately. Actually, I believe this is my first post. What an AWEsome place. I feel like a kid with a new toy and look forward with great anticipation to have a chance to build solid and fruitful relationships with any of you people that might be interested.

I have been working in real estate since 1993, but NOW is the time for me. I look forward to connecting with visionaries, to find new ways to market. Marketing is my passion, that keeps me awake nights, like tonight. :-)

@Vincent Noe GREAT to see you on BP! I'm hoping my mentioning of Bigger Pockets at our REI meeting a couple weeks back was the catalysts to get you back on the site and posting!
Everyone, Vincent is a great man and has probably forgotten more about REI then I'll ever know in my life. He is a great resource so if you have any questions, he's the man to ask!
Vince I look forward to our next meeting! I hope we can get together on a deal soon!

@Christopher Goldie I work in Greenville, but more and more my passion is in the county that I live, Oconee County. Are you familiar with this place? It is beautiful.
@John Gambone Thank you for your kind words. I am trying to learn the "new" real estate game and this site is an awesome vessel. Yes, when you mentioned BP at our meeting, I decided to take another look at it and I am glad that I did. I do thank you for your part in that. I am excited about working with you, as I perceive you to be exactly the type of person that I want on my team.(our team to be more accurate).

@Vincent Noe, I am familiar with Oconee. I have an uncle that owns an engineering firm in Seneca. I've done some earthmoving work at Lake Keowee for Duke Power, man talk about a beautiful place. Crystal clear water, in the foothills. Loved it!

Hi Vincent! Welcome to BP! It's great to hear of another person discovering this gem. I hope you'll listen to the podcasts, which so many members, including myself, have found a priceless education!
As luck would have it, I could really use some help with marketing - so maybe we could get together sometime to exchange some ideas after I get boots on the ground in Greenville - sometime in April.
