Hello All,

Wow! How did I not know about BP sooner. I'm so excited that this community exists and I look forward to connecting with folks here!

I'm new to real estate investing, but not new to real estate. I hope I can add some value to the community as well as get some answers and support as I dive into my own investing. It's looong overdue.

I've just joined BP and the Real Estate Investor's Club of Los Angeles. Anyone else a member there? They have a meet up tomorrow that I'll be attending and would love to meet fellow LA BP'ers.

What other REI groups/meetups/clubs are there in Los Angeles?

Can't wait to connect with ya'll!

Hi @Andy Munoz, the meeting is at the Double Tree in Culver City at 7:30. I think you need to be a member though. I've just joined and count vouch for it. Shall I keep you posted?
