Hello, my name is Darius Stone and I reside in the dfw area, Dallas to be specific. I currently flip burgers but I'm more interested in flipping houses which is why I joined bp, to gain more knowledge from like minded people.
I do have two questions to ask anybody investing in the texas market. My first question is would it be more profitable to do lease purchases in the dfw market or out of state. My second question is for anybody doing lease purchases in the dfw, is there some way of extending the term past 180 days ?
If you are the one who own the property, I would do lease purchases in the state since it is very hard to invest remotely at a long distance.
