Hi all!

A little about me...I have always worked in an office with flipping as a side hobby. I have done 11 flips in the past (all successful) and currently own 3 rental properties. I recently decided to go into real estate full time and got my realtor's license. My end game, though, is to get back into flipping and owning rental properties. My girlfriend turned me on to BP and I love it! I hope to connect and work with some or all of you here at some point!

I hope your focus is on REI as a business not as a hobby. Hobbies cost you money, business makes money. Well most businesses at least.
