I'm looking to get preapproved very soon. I have good credit. I don't want to get a commercial loan. Portfolio lenders perhaps. I'm willing to learn.

    Not sure what you are getting preapproved for, or what you are looking to buy. Feel free to write what you are doing on the forums. Lots of people will chime in. But use the search function first, as many people ahve already asked your question already
