My name is Arturo Smith from New York. I gained interest in Real estate attending Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. I saw how decapitated the real estate was I saw i could make money and also help the community in a big way. the end goal is to develop in Baltimore. Im on bigger pockets because honestly everything I research points me right back here. My goals are to start wholesaling close to my local market of New York, which would probably be New Jersey. Use the income from wholesaling in this market to start my buy and hold business. To be sustainable in any market. I want to learn from anyone who can point me in the right direction. I am not looking for handouts, we are all looking for the common goal or are already there.
