Hey everyone! I'm a new investor in Indianapolis. I'm a 24 year old truck driver and just bought my first rental property. I put the FOR RENT sign out last week and got a few calls before I got home. In 10 years it will be paid for and I will own a beautiful property bringing in $2,400 in rent from the main house and carriage house every month. But my goal is to own at least 20 units by then.
I'm already looking for my second property (probably a duplex between $80 and $120k) on the west side of Indy in a decent working class neighborhood. If anyone knows of a good investor friendly RE agent please don't hesitate to let me know.

@Andrew Stewart welcome to BP. In the Indy market there are two REIA groups that you should attend so as to network with other like minded investors. There are also multiple meet up opportunities. MANY reputable investor friendly RE agents and/or wholesalers from the Indy area will likely chime in on this thread. Congratulations on taking action, Persevere.
Congrats on getting your first rental started at a young age. I would suggest you change your goal of 20 more doors in 10 years to more like 20 doors by the time you're 25! Read The 10x Rule and you'll see why.
