Newbie interested in low or no money down homes...

I am new to bigger pockets and I am interested in getting to know you!
Currently I am a home owner but am very motivated in learning how to invest on a single family home with low or no money down. I am a mom of four beautiful kids and is very challenging financially. Any tips I would greatly appreciate!
