Hello Everyone,
My name is Elaine Kelley and I am new real estate investor. I just bought my first investment property in St. Petersburg, Florida. Although I currently reside in San Diego, California, my goal is to continue to grow my wealth through real estate investing, in Florida. At the moment I work with Sony Playstation in their cinemtics department, and I used to work in the film industry converting movies into 3D. Florida has very little to offer when it comes to my industry, and I am hoping to move back there in the next few years. Real estate investing can help me reach my goals and I am planning to work hard at it.
As a new real estate investor, I am very eager to learn everything I can to be successful. Please give me any advise you feel I would need to start out with. :)
Congrats on your first investment property! Now that you've got the first one under the belt you gotta keep the momentum going.

Also, I have an old friend in the marketing department at Playstation for the last 15 years in the Bay Area. I'm not sure how close you are to that department, but maybe you've ran across his name.
