    Hey @Kevin McQueen I'm local.  Basically just started with a duplex in 2004 that I lived in.

    I wouldn't say this is the best market to wholesale but anything is possible.  

    Are you out of school or working?  Plumbers make more than doctors, there is an application coming up around here

    Hey Kurt how's it going thanks for the reply I am visually impaired that is what i receive benefits from but it's not enough for the cost of living here so i will try anything that will help my problem
