Hello ALL,

My name is Kaygo and I am new to the BP community (currently on episode 14 of the podcast) amazing content!

I wanted to take the time to introduce myself.

I am 31 yrs old and looking to learn as much as i can about real estate investing. Currently live in Southern California ( Torrance to be exact which is about 30 min south of Los Angeles)

Is there anyone on this forum that is actively investing in the surrounding areas?
