Greetings from the Lehigh Valley! I've been on this site several times in the past and finally signed up for an account. Hoping to share my experiences in real estate over the past 14 years with other memebers and hopefully learn a few things myself.

Thank you gentleman! The market in the valley has become really competitive. I've bought three properties this year...two from HUD and one private deal. I mainly buy and hold but have flipped a couple to generate cash flow. Looking for some other ideas to find investments!! To date HUD has been my go to.

I got lucky this year and found three of my REO flips right off the MLS. You have to move quick, but deals are still showing up thru normal channels. Best of luck!
