My name is Prince Hayden and I'm excited to connect, meet and learn about many of your personal stories. Peoples personal stories of thier own interest and what put them on their personal path intrigues me most. 

I'm also a new father, who is still in that awestruck mode of parenting. 

I live on Long Beach Island, New Jersey and I'm completely in love with the area. I moved down here about 2 years ago and don't plan on leaving anytime soon till I make a footprint on the island. 

I have a background of  8 years of  U.S military experience and wonder how it can translate into the Real Estate industry. 

I'm extremely interested in investing in Vacation Rentals. However, I currently work in property management/repairs and in the hospitality industry as well.

I want to marry the two fields together to create a Hospitality Concierge Service and Property Management Group. I want to create a unique experience to vacation rentals.

I don't have much experience in Real Estate beside working for property management of multimillion dollar homes and a property I used to live in and "manage" but squandered the opportunity because of lack mental preparation. 

Now I want to avenge with a purpose creating a Vacation Rental Dynasty. 

I'm hear to learn as much as possible about real estate investing from professionals who can share some insight on how I can create this vision. 

I hoping this is a start to wonderful relationships and mutual interests.
